We build a home last year in their Spring Lakes subdivision. They were very easy to work with and their pricing was competitive. They offer both single family homes and maintenance free villas. The subdivision is great is three small lakes. The maintenance fee is $100 per year. Their housing choices are good with some great features. This was our first home and we are very happy with our purchase.
