My first experience with Melli Chocolates was at the Italian Festival in Madison, WI. They had a very unique product, a sort of mozzarella cheese spread. The spread consisted of very finely diced mozzarella cheese, with seasonings, in olive oil. The spread was excellent on a sandwich as well as on homemade garlic bread. The spread was so delicious that it was worth the trip to Cambridge to buy more. We look forward to our next visit. The store also offers a variety of gifts.
