I have not personally stayed at the Knights Inn, but I would not recommend it to family and friends. An acquaintance informed me that her car had broken down near the motel. She was unable to have the car fixed until the next day, and she needed a place to stay. She arrived at the Knights Inn, and she was informed that she could not check in because she did not have luggage. The desk clerk informed her that the policy was in place due to problems with questionable patrons. The policy seems questionable to me, because a motel room is often needed due to unforseen circumstances.
