They were the referral of a friend of mine that had their windows done by Windows on Washington a year ago so I cannot take credit for finding them.
Shopping for windows is probably one of the more exhausting undertakings that you can do. I had quotes from several of the larger companies in the area and had zero idea what I was looking for, how to know what is good, and who to trust. I was spent from the process and was talking to my friend out of frustration when he gave me their number. I reluctantly called them out of respect to my friend and what a breath of fresh air.
The salesperson was not pushy, cheesy, overbearing. He educated me on what window performance ratings are, what is important, and how their chosen product stacks up against the others. I did a bit more research after the fact and confirmed that this was the first time I had gotten honest and factual information....what a concept!!!
The installation crew was great and treated my home like they would their own. The windows are awesome. I got the same model as the reviewer before me did and the home feels as tight as a drum now.
They even identified some other areas of the home that were lacking and were very truthful about what the windows would do and what they would not. I need some insulation and energy audit work that they are going to do for me as well.
