Surprisingly BAD Service & mediocre food. 4/27/2011

Ordered pick-up. Simple enough right? NO. They said ready in 20min, I went in 25 to be sure it's done. After arriving to pick up the food & listening to them argue loudly, I waited 15min for them to tell me they sent out my order instead of someone else's for delivery & that I'd have to wait another 10min for food. This I could handle despite hunger. We sat unacknowledged for ANOTHER 20MIN later when the delivery guy walked in with our food & handed us the same bag they walked in with- AFTER WAITING OVER AN HOUR. When asked they refused to give new food or charge me less. They offered to "make it hot again". I told them I have a microwave already. They said "cancel?" so I walked out starving & angry. Really unbelievable they tried to make no amends but rather hand-off CHILLY OLD FOOD that could be half-eaten before anyone noticed the mistake. Needless to say I'M DONE WITH THIS PLACE. I liked it, but I've def had better Chinese food, and it's NOT good enough to deal with the people who rudely run this place. I hope they didn't screw the other people with the messed up delivery order as badly. more
