Before the 'Geek Squad' was available, I used UB consulting to fix my computer. The problem was: they did not fix it. And even after they tried twice, we still had to pay them and throw out the computer. They were two nice guys, working from home at the time, and they had a nice set up/work area, but I cannot recommend them because they did not fix my computer & I was still out the money.
