St. Louis Workout, Inc. has atrocious customer service. Like many, I succumbed to the promises that I would not be charged a monthly fee at the conclusion of my membership, and my contract was marked accordingly. Unfortunately, over the course of a couple of moves I lost the original contract and the annotation to that effect. So, when at the conclusion of my membership I noticed monthly fees on my credit card, I contacted them and asked kindly for some resolution to the problem. I was met with astounding rudeness, but at the end of an exceedingly unpleasant conversation I capitulated and paid the 60 day upfront fee for cancellation. St. Louis Workout then had the gall to charge my credit card twice more! All I can say is that you undertake a financial risk when you offer this company your credit card number for any reason. Caveat emptor. more
