I gave her a broad idea of what I wanted and she gave input and options until we narrowed it down.
At our mock up visit (which the first florist did not offer) the team put together a sample of what my table decorations would look like and the florist was willing to make changes until I was completely happy..What a customer service oriented business...Awesome!!
