many years ago i broke my key off in the front door and had to resort to using the side door. well about a week ago the same thing happened and I had to call someone to come out and fix both of them. I called Tampa bay Lock and key and they came out that day to get me into my house. I called around before they came out to find out what a new lock would cost me. Because my door locks are special order, it was going to cost an arm and a leg to get new ones. They guy who came out told me that he was able to get the parts of the key out and just re-key the lock and save me a bunch of money.
