Rays is out on shilshole bay right on the water.
It offers some great food but each time Ive gone there Ive felt like we are eating at the country club or something.. (Hence I feel very out of place!).
As far as their offerings.. the food I cannot complain. But the place is not fancy by any means and there seems to be alot of older folks with the bling there.
It is a beatiful location and a great spot to go for lunch on sunny day.
When I used to go there it was always packed. The last visit it was kind of dead. Not sure if that is a sign of things or not.
