Had a very good experience with the service dept. Made an appt. with Mark for an oil change and primarily to check why the traction control light had been on almost constantly for a few months. There was no wait to check in, and he was pleasant and professional. When the car was ready he told me the technician checked all possible causes of that light and the only thing wrong was that one of my tires was very underinflated... I had not checked this in a year which I now will do more often. The work was done quickly at a fair rate, and they even washed the car which saved me the time and money for that. The car drives beautifully and light is now off. It's a good experience esp. as a woman who knows nothing about my engine, I sometimes sense I'm being snookered, so this was a pleasant contrast and I'd highly recommend the dealer esp. Mark.
