When I first walked through the front door of Yorba Linda Fitness Success I knew immediately that this was the perfect place for me to achieve my goals. I was welcomed immediately by Steve and then Andy who became my personal trainer. I not only learned about exercising properly, but I was also educated on the importance of diet and nutrition. I’ve developed lean muscle, reduced my body fat by 21.9%, lost 28lbs, and no longer feel tired all the time. I’m extremely pleased with the results I’ve achieved thus far and I’m truly grateful for all the support and guidance I’ve received. I would also like to thank my trainer, Andy for making me the person that I am today. He is my ROCK! Andy continually keeps me focused and always pushes me to work harder.
