In 2002 I had back surgery to repair a herniated disc. When my doctor released me he
told me to start going to a gym at least 3 days a week to build core strength. I called
my friend Karen and asked her who she would recommend and she suggested I call
Steve Teran. I met with Steve and was comfortable with the background he had with
post-op exercise. He talked with my physical therapist and got detailed information on
my limitations and we started a workout program.
