My expectations may have been a bit high for the local store seeing as I used to do sales for Sprint. I was awed by the store itself...very large and well maintained but the customer service is slow.
I have noticed, they are very out for their commission and work as such. if your there to pay a bill or purchases an accessory for a phone, they will overlook you to "help" someone trying to get a new phone and new service.
Not all Sprint dealers/stores are like this nor is all the employee's.
Their phone service has never faltered and their newer service plans are great!
