If you are in South Melbourne Beach, give China Wok a try. They are quick, friendly and the food is good too.
I usually go to the grocery store and order the Chinese food before I go shopping and tell them when to have it ready. It is not too salty and has no MSG. I like the shrimp with lobster sauce or chicken with brocolli. They have a small area if you would like to eat in, but most take it to-go.
