The appointment was established through Sears for a warranty agreement water heater replacement. The arrangement was for a next day 10:30 am - 12:30 pm arrival time range appointment. I received a phone call on the day of the appointment at 7:00 am requesting to move the appointment up to 09:00 am. I was happy to agree to this early start time. Greg was professionally pleasant and courteous guiding me through the paper work with appropriate detailed explanations as well as advising on the details of the efforts involved and provided an accurate time frame until completion. The finished appearances are great all cleaned up and ‘YEA’ we have hot water again after 3 weeks of going without. The company’s office support as well as Greg also provided me with the details concerning Martinez City’s requirements for an inspection. I appreciate the company’s efforts in submitting the required paper work to the city of Martinez for the inspection on our behalf.
