Your branch in Beaverton, Oregon has hired some people who are either discriminatory, or just plain incompetent. I went there to ask to convert my debit card into visa for overdraft protection (which I previously had). Your service rep named Alex, dismissed me as someone not qualified, so I told him to look up at our accounts and previous approval for a half a million home loan -- a debit visa should not be a big deal. This is what your rep said "I doubt if the (first tech) loan officer even verified our paperwork that we have been approved for 550k" This is such an insult, and a loss to first tech --- I told my husband, to pull our accounts and transfer to Advantis credit union!
