Oxford Floral has really done a great job at establishing themselves as THE top florist/ boutique in Oxford. Not only do they produce beautiful arrangements, they have the cutest gifty items in town. They are a bit pricey and, as a result, many people can't shop there often. But, overall, it is a great place to visit, if only to browse. And the people who work there are top-notch. They could not BE any nicer.
