When my vacuum cleaner stopped working I was worried that I would have to buy a new one. I came across this company in the phone book and gave them a call. Over the phone the repair guy was actually able to figure out that my vacuum only needed a minor repair. He then offered to have it fixed by that afternoon. He also gave me a discount for having to wait an extra hour for pickup. The vacuum works great and I guarantee that I will be a repeat customer.
