I couldn’t figure out what was wrong with the lock. I took it out, put it back.. I finally gave up and called these guys up. They came out and showed me exactly what the issue was and ended up replacing the broken lock. I didn’t mind the cost so much as much as i mind all the time I wasted trying to fix a broken lock!
