Sean O Gilvy is an honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, respectful, positive, and hardworking contractor. He did a complete remodel and addition to our house and made it accessible for our disabled daughter. Our house is impeccably beautiful and functional for our lifestyle. Sean built us a family room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one of which is handicap accessible with a roll in shower) LOVE IT!! Watching the enitre process of the build was amazing and impressive. Our house was built in the 1920's and Sean kept the integrity of the character of the original house and kept in continuous throughout the new addition. Our base boards and Window frames are gorgeous, just like the original. Sean is detail oriented, stays in budget and stays on time. With Sean we had peace of mind knowing that we had a responsible and dependable contractor being hands on and overseeing our entire project. We had our extremely old house made new again and we could not be happier with the entire project and that includes the company we used O Gilvy Construction. Awesome Company!!!
