I’ve never been in the situation before, but when I lost the keys to the van, I definitely needed to have them replaced. I called these guys after they popped up on my phone. (thumbs up for google maps!) The guy was here in about a half hour. Wasn’t too bad. I had the key about 20 minutes after that. I mean it wasn’t exactly cheap, but it is a new van. But I’m glad they were able to do it being a Saturday night and all.
