If you ever need to have any customer service issues performed on your cell phone, do not go here. The line is always very long and the wait is horrendous. Granted if you're looking for new service they are there to help you right away, but if you're an existing customer, you will have to wait a very long time to be helped in any way. Look elsewhere!
