The exercise equipment available is of high quality and well maintained. I can only speak for the cardio machines and the Cybex weight system, as I do not use the free weights. Treadmills, stationary bikes, stair steppers, and elliptical machines are modern and well maintained. The majority of patrons seem polite and respectful, cleaning up after themselves and not "hogging" machines.
High volume times (ie 5-7pm weekdays) are still not overcrowded and one can nearly always get on a machine, if not the one of your choice
