Nice customer service from the staff. I haven't personally bought a guitar here (although several friends have and have been pleased), but I did buy a stand and some sheet music. I appreciated the time the staff took with me, even though they knew I wasn't going to be a high ticket purchaser that day.
A fun place to browse and develop a mental wish list if you are interested in music, especially guitars.
