At first, the idea seemed a little sketchy. The website wasn't the best, but at least it was recent and the contact page worked. I received an email within a few days asking when I would like to set up an appointment. When the appointment came, Bill came to my house and showed me a bunch of different pics of pools and whatnot. When I found one I liked, Bill called in a construction crew, who proceeded to remove the ground where it will be installed tomorrow. Bill's service is much cheaper than the competition, the only downside is that it is illegal. I recommend these guys.
