I was very hesistant to do physical therapy but I'd heard such good things about this place I had to try. My first appt was made right away, I think I waited a few days to get in, if that. The lady was very nice and thoroughly questioned me about what was wrong. She went over everything from how I stood, walked, slept, exercised, you name it!! I was very impressed with how extremely thorough she was. And she was so knowledgeable in physical therapy. They work in massage, heat therapy, exercise, stretches to do at home, electrical therapy (sounds crazy but that was the best!), pressure points, and more... and with each different thing she tried, she explained exactly what she was doing, how I could do it at home, and the short and long term effects. They even called me after a day or two to see how I was doing and if there was anything else they could do!! And it turned out that my insurance denied my claim as we live outside our employers insurance area, but they gave me a discount none the less. I would definitely recommend this place!!
