Customer service is good here. But since the new AutoZone came in I have realized what incredibly high prices they charge here! My husband always bought the auto parts, as he's the mechanic, but I happened to find out they match competitors prices (which works great) but they can either use their own coupon to get the price lower OR they can price match to another competitor... but you can't do both. So if AutoZone if cheaper (which they ALWAYS are) and if it happens that Schucks has a buy 1 get 1 free coupon then you can't use them both. Which makes NO sense to me! How could a store NOT take their OWN coupon???? I'm now a huge AutoZone fan, and I have more money in my wallet for it to show too!
