I can't believe I'm saying this but I love this bank!! They have the greatest customer service, loan officers, and office personnel. I have gotten the best auto loan rates on the last 4 vehicles through Oregon Telco. No other bank could come close! Plus, I love the fact that they try to do everything online or over the phone...(paperless). They make a GREAT banking experience every time!! On the downside the original Portland branch could use some updating parking, but the brand new Salem branch is outstanding and makes up for it with their beautiful new building and great location! And now they've changed the rules to where anyone is the surrounding counties can become a member! They also have great bonus' like scholarship giveaways and fun promotions too!
