I love the Cascade. The rooms are huge and plush, with a creek running right outside the back door. The spa is full service and the staff is very professional and well trained. They do not run late on their appointments, and do an excellent job. The healt club is huge, small indoor running track, a lot of cardio equipment, free weights, nautilus and a slew of classes. They also have a small basketball court and raquet ball courts. Be warned, though, it does get crowded at 5:30 when everyone gets out of work. But they do their best to keep it not too packed.
