I’ve definitely thought about tearing the lock off of the door before. And I almost did when the key just kept spinning in a circle! I just couldn’t manage to rip it off the door! So i called these guys, the technician said that it could be repaired, I said HELL NO! He ended up replacing the whole lock. And I’m happy now. lol
