I brought my dog here to be groomed several times. At the first visit, the owner took the time to talk to me about what I wanted done as well as the temperment of my dog, all the while letting my dog smell her and get used to her. When I returned to pick him up he was groomed very nicely and was in a great mood! The next time she remembered him (and it was a few months later!) and had a file with all of the information we had spoke about in it!! When I returned to pick him up he was still damp, and I learned that he had had an accident and rolled in it when she unclipped him from the dryer. She had re-bathed him but had not been able to redry him, so she said there was no charge for the visit!!! Excellent, friendly service!
