I purchased my cell phone from Jackson Wireless and it was almost a year before my bill was ever correct. The first phone I purchased was terrible but with a little persistence on my part, I got it exchanged and am happy with my new one. They ultimately corrected my bill and credited me for everything I had overpaid but it was something of a hassle.
