I bought a very expensive sewing machine here ( I could have bought a small used car for the money lol) and the customer service was great! That said they are more expensive than the internet but you get your money's worth in free classes and phone advice. I did have a couple problems months later after buying and everytime I called they helped me over the phone and walked me through it.
This store wants you to be happy with your purchase and gives you 30 days to return. I would definatly buy from them again!
