We rented here for about 2.5 yrs. It was a nice and friendly place to live at first. But then they started being very relaxed with their rules. By the time we were able to move out many of the renter's had huge dogs. Like rotweiler's, pit bulls, akita's. Our neighbor we also suspected sold drugs out of their apartment. It was no longer a good place to live.
Pros are- I believe they no enforce their no dog policy.
The owner always treated us good.
The rent is very reasonable for this area.
