We have our car and home owner's plus flood insurance with allstate. We have never had any problems with them. Although I must say we have never submited a claim yet either. The operator of this location is very nice and accesible. I love being able to pay the preimums on the computer or by phone. This agent actually lowered our rates when we combines all of our policies too.
