I think the staff are commissioned based because you could tell if you were not looking at a big piece of equipment, you were not paid much attention. We did not buy our tractor here, but had service here and bought parts many times. Sometimes it took a very long time for the parts to arrive which may not have been their fault, but it was a pain to keep calling to follow up.
