I spent hours on the phone with Gateway tech support (worthless, but that is a separate issue). They told me that it was inevitable, I would lose all data on my hard drive due to the viruses that infected my computer. Mad Mikes not only saved my data, but reloaded the softward and loaded virus protection software. It only took about a week and for $80! I was thrilled. It is hard to find a place you can trust to take something so valuable (it had all my pictures of my baby stored on it and my husband's business accounts).
