False advertising on their website- They do charge $100 for onsite consultations, even when the estimate is completely fabricated! Their plumber Patrick gave a made up estimate arguing that a trap was broken and said he would fix it for $850 dollars. It sounded fishy so we called another plumber. There was NOTHING broken!!! He made my tenant give him $100 for his incorrect estimate, unfortunately I was not there to stop this. I have repeatedly tried to get my tenant's back. Beware- False claims on the website, dishonest estimates. Wouldn't be surprised if the good reviews are from the owner himself.
