I hate when service people can't make an appointment on time or they give me a ridiculous "window" of like 4 hours. Scott Del Monte from Virginia Home Inspection Service made an appointment and was 15 minutes early. The inspection went as expected however Mr. Del Monte seemed to spend more time examining certain things than I remember my last home inspector doing. I guess he didn't want to miss anything. Price was in line with what other home inspction companys charge. I was satisfied and would recommend Virginia Home Inspection Service.
