Having bought an older home which is in need of a lot of work I find I spend a lot of time visiting our local hardware facilities. Carters has been a pleasure to work with. We recently went in to purchase some items to fix our water lines which were expectedly damaged. The Customer service representatives were quick to help us find the things we needed and went out of their way to make sure we left pleased with our experience. I will continue using them for my home renovations.
