We have had home owners insurance through American Family since 2003, we recently needed to file a claim because our kitchen was severely damaged by water. The claim adjuster was friendly and easy to work with and our claim was complete within a matter of a few days and we had a check in our hand. I had always heard they were quick when it came to claims and I am happy to report that from personal experience it is true.
