It's good to have such a bank for students because their operations are based on students' needs mostly, but they charge for some services like having an ATM card, which shouldn't be charged. Customer service is acceptable. Sometimes the service gets very slow though, especially when there are not many customers around and customer representatives are making their personal calls. Especially their branch in cowboy mall is very convenient but I wish they had banking services available on their oncampus branch.
