The technician arrived and right away let me know what had to be done and the best solutions to get the dirt and grim out of the tile. It was a bit more than what I wanted but I wanted the work to be done right and make the tile look brilliant once again. Letting the technician go ahead and do what he had to, he quickly got to work and before I knew it he was done with the whole cleaning process. I went over to check the work out and it was beyond expectations. Happy to have done business.
