When I found that my door handle on my 1997 Chevy pickup was breaking, taking my door lock with it, I was worried that I would be taken advantage of by a mechanic or overcharged by a dealer's service department. Sockman did neither. In fact they completed the repair for less than the original estimate. I didn't think that was possible. The employees were all friendly and helpful.
