Sold me 4 tires that wore out in 23,000 miles, I mean completely bald with a broken belt! They offered me a $20 "goodwill" credit toward four new tires. The guy tried to tell me he was only making $12 per tire. Went to another tire store, found out I was lied to by Northfield Tire (the tires I had purchased were rated MUCH lower than I had been told) and bought four better tires for $110 less than I was originally charged!
Additionally they once charged me $288 for a break line replacement that looked like a monkey did it.
