Hired contractor for new countertop coating. Material was represented as seamless and comparable to granite. Final product showed visible seams, imperfections, and nothing like granite. Complaint to company fruitless. They had no resolution. I filed with the BBB and Contractors Licensing Board. Salesman said he couldn't see the seams if he stood in a certin area of the kitchen. DUH! Unprofessional. Salesman even mockingly said that I only paid them $900, insinuating that it was beneath him and was chump change. Because of my filing complaints, contractor left me a voicemail message and threatened legal action and threatened to place a mechanics lien on my home because I won't pay the $440 balance for the salesman representations. I will never recommend this company.
