It took over a year for these guys to Sell my house at a time when the Real Estate market was smoking in my area. Upon reviewing my listing I discovered that the Square footage, House Layout and description way off. the picture they used made my house look like a dungeon and completly forgot to add the finished basement to the listing. So like I said if you have a year or two too waste call em up. To bad to they came highly recommended
