My go to entree is the Tafelspitz which is marinated beef sliced and smothered in creamy horseradish sauce. Served with potato dumplings and red cabbage. The horseradish sauce is to die for, I think you could put it over anything and make it delicious. The potato dumplings O-M-G are awesome, they come with this perfect brown gravy and are dense and silky and heavenly. The red cabbage is the best I've had tangy, sweet and savory. Yum! They make awesome onion rings, super crispy (cornmeal coated I think) served with a creamy chipolte sauce. Also their Onion & Ale Soup Au Gratin is fantastic, kind of like French Onion soup only better. We've never had a bad dish here and always leave with happy stomachs.
