Have been a member for over 1 year and have had nothing but good experience with range personnel and sales and service. I go every Friday with a friend at the end of the day and have never had to wait long to get on range. We usually get side by side lanes but sometime you have to accept what is available but that is seldom. Employees always try to accomodate customers and have always been treated courteous . I have never had issue waiting for lane or lanes regardless of time of day. If you do have to wait it usually is not for long. As far as pricing on firearms, I have bought there and maybe you can find less expensive elsewhere but H&H stands behind their product and gunsmith service and many times on small issues they have not charged anything to help me. For those disenters who can never be satisified, I am sure H&H understands and would readily agree that you should go elsewhere.
